Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We are currently only shipping in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are currently shipping between 1 to 3 business days. We are currently sending out orders through USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.
These shipping times are an estimate and are not guaranteed:
Ground Advantage: 5-7 business days
Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipping, you will receive an e-mail notification with your USPS tracking number and link to track your order.
Returns
How do I return an item?
At Wild Daze Co, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade items for you and your fur baby. We currently only offer an exchange only return policy for items that have been unused and undamaged.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. We will not accept any exchanges outside of this period.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at wilddazeco@gmail.com. Once you've contacted us and received authorization for an exchange, you can return the item to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange for an item of equal value.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange. These costs are non-refundable.

How do I choose the right size for my dog's bandana?
The best way to make sure you are selecting the right size for your pet is by measuring their neck. If you do not have measuring tape, you can use a piece of string around their neck and then measuring it against a ruler. Below is our size chart:
SIZE CHART:
XXS - up to 11"
XS- up to 13"
S- up to 15"
M- up to 17"
L- up to 20"
XL - up to 22.5"

If you are looking for a different fabric design, feel free to reach out to me via email at wilddazeco@gmail.com. I would be happy to check my fabric stash if you are looking for a different design.
