Exchange Only Return Policy

At Wild Daze Co, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade items for you and your fur baby. We currently only offer an exchange only return policy within our store. Please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • We will only accept exchanges for items that are unused and undamaged.

Excluded Items:

  • Customized and personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. In the case of a defect or damage, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and we will proceed from there.

Timeframe:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. We will not accept any exchanges outside of this period.
Exchange Process:
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at wilddazeco@gmail.com. Once you've contacted us and received authorization for an exchange, you can return the item to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange for an item of equal value.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange. These costs are non-refundable.
